Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor and client invoicing.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business decisions.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting procedures and improve efficiency.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing local and international tax returns.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a multinational or remote accounting environment is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
