Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate year-end audits and address findings efficiently.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings.
- Optimize accounting processes through automation and system improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, financial accounting, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations (Philippines/Indonesia).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and variance analysis.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is a bonus.
