Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business strategy and growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations for decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and performance reviews to support business performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or business partnering roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships with stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
