Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable (AR) process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Handle the Accounts Payable (AP) function, including processing vendor invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies, proposing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on AR, AP, and Tax.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification such as Brevet A & B or similar is a plus.
