Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with US regulations
- Conduct financial audits and reconciliations
- Provide strategic financial insights to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US accounting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred
- 3+ years of US accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
