Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local regulations.
- Manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including planning, execution, and final reporting.
- Provide tax advisory services, including corporate tax planning, compliance, and optimization strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Prepare and present financial analysis and forecasts to senior management and clients.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure best practices are implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting, preferably in a public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax experience is advantageous).
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Experience in team leadership or mentorship is highly desirable.
- Open to relocation or remote work for candidates based outside Bali (work permits will be supported for eligible candidates).
