Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle accounting for construction projects, including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies for construction activities.
- Conduct audit support and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance of construction projects.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize project profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in construction or real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience with full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or local Indonesian systems) and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
