We are expanding our finance team in Bali and seeking a motivated Junior Finance Associate to support our growing operations in Southeast Asia.

This position offers hybrid/remote work options with a focus on collaboration in our Bali-based offices (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or other key locations). Responsibility
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for property leasing and hospitality operations.
- Assist in tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate financial reports and presentations for management review.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (internships included).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management is advantageous.
