Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to optimize cash flow, profitability, and business growth.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including timely and accurate tax filings (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax).
- Monitor and manage working capital, liquidity, and financial risks to maintain operational stability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes, systems, and controls for efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization.
- Support audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong communication and presentation skills.
