Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings.
- Optimize accounting processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax, in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to provide financial insights and support business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
