As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and GAAP.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to enhance team performance and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in internal auditing or financial reporting is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
