Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including tax audits and financial reviews.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in audit coordination and compliance management is highly desirable.
