Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filing for the company, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business planning and growth initiatives.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the F&B or retail industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
