Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain financial records for clients in Australia and New Zealand.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations for financial process improvements.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with AU/NZ accounting practices is a plus.
