Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to facilitate smooth financial audits and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to optimize business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the logistics or corporate sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication skills.
