Responsibility
- Manage and oversee full-set accounting processes, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions in compliance with local accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
