Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance and support growth initiatives.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and audit coordination.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury functions, and risk assessment to ensure financial stability.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is a plus.
