As an Accounts Executive, you will handle a variety of financial tasks, including bookkeeping, SST compliance, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. Your role will be critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial records. If you have a background in law firm accounting, that’s a plus—but we welcome candidates with strong accounting experience from any industry.

Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through bookkeeping and general ledger management.
- Prepare and process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Handle SST (Sales and Service Tax) filings and ensure timely submissions.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of SST, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience with law firm accounting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
