Responsibility
- Manage and record financial transactions, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and support budgeting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Provide support during financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
