Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to drive financial planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance and cost management.
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing company is advantageous.
