Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communications.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and report on cash flow, expenses, and budget variances to management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
