Responsibility
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with headquarters (HQ) on financial matters, ensuring seamless communication and reporting in Mandarin.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and control company assets, including fixed assets and inventory, to ensure proper accounting and documentation.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required for communication with HQ.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
