Responsibility
- Assist the Head of Finance in managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
- Maintain and update financial databases and systems to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services or manufacturing industry is preferred.
