Responsibility
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on semiconductor components to meet industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and enhance production efficiency.
- Document production data, equipment logs, and maintenance records accurately and timely.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist in training new technicians and providing technical support to team members as needed.
- Participate in shift handover meetings to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics assembly, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining semiconductor fabrication equipment (e.g., CVD, PVD, etching, or lithography tools).
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve production issues.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and graveyard shifts, with a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
