Responsibility
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols to maintain cleanroom certification and prevent contamination.
- Perform routine inspections and calibration of machinery to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Document production data, including measurements, test results, and equipment performance, in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a high level of product quality.
- Assist in the setup and adjustment of machinery for different production runs as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician, preferably in a cleanroom or semiconductor environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
- Ability to work in shift-based schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other industry-specific regulations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
