Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the QC team during assigned shifts to ensure optimal performance
- Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures
- Conduct regular product inspections and quality audits throughout the production process
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and production cut-off documentation
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related challenges
- Train and mentor QC staff on quality standards and inspection techniques
- Maintain accurate records of quality metrics and performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience in a shift-based environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in the FMCG sector is a plus
