Responsibility
- Assemble semiconductor wafer components with precision, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on assembled components to ensure defect-free production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or assembly issues.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities, defects, and downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of PPE.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor assembly, electronics manufacturing, or precision engineering.
- Hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment (e.g., die attach machines, wire bonders, inspection tools).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with microscopic components.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, cleanroom protocols, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) prevention.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
