Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and efficiency targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track production performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve production bottlenecks and enhance workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and lower operational costs.
- Prepare and present production reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Support the adoption of new technologies and automation to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant quality management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
