Responsibility
- Lead, manage, and supervise a production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and develop team members to enhance skills and motivation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Logistics) to resolve production issues and improve workflows.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely availability of materials and tools to prevent production delays.
- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, KPIs, and areas for improvement to senior management.
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the production floor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or precision engineering.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and meeting production targets.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, quality control processes, and workplace safety regulations.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia, with flexibility for shift-based schedules as needed.
