Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize production output and reduce downtime.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics (e.g., OEE, yield rates) to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production defects and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, SOPs, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and industry-specific regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and components to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD, MES, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with quality control tools (e.g., FMEA, 5S, Kaizen).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
