Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee merchandising standards to ensure products are displayed attractively and accessibly.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Monitor store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
