Shopee is seeking an energetic, analytical, and highly organized Seller Marketing Program Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving seller engagement and success by managing and scaling key marketing programs. You will act as the bridge between Shopee and our community of sellers, helping them maximize their growth, visibility, and sales potential on our platform.
As a Seller Marketing Program Specialist, you will oversee program operations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and leverage data-driven insights to optimize seller campaigns. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end operations of seller marketing programs, ensuring smooth execution and high seller participation rates.
- Monitor program achievements, analyze key performance metrics, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Product, and Customer Service, to resolve program issues and improve seller experience.
- Leverage seller performance data and campaign feedback to identify areas of opportunity and continuously optimize program mechanisms.
- Develop engaging communication materials, educational resources, and marketing collateral to promote programs to target sellers.
- Execute seller engagement campaigns, webinars, and feedback loops to foster a thriving, loyal seller community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in program management, marketing, or seller operations, preferably within the e-commerce or tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of managing complex projects and delivering measurable results under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, to effectively coordinate with regional teams and local sellers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly adaptable to change in a fast-paced tech environment.
