Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized activity, or safety hazards.
- Conduct thorough access control checks, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs for restricted zones.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established protocols to ensure rapid resolution.
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including CCTV systems, metal detectors, and communication devices.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation for management and law enforcement as required.
- Collaborate with local authorities, emergency services, and internal teams to coordinate security measures during events or high-risk situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests, employees, and visitors with inquiries while upholding security standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices, legal regulations, and new security technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
- Valid security license or certification (e.g., SATPOL PP, SKK, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods, including night shifts.
- Excellent observational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus; fluency in Indonesian is required.
- Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and basic first aid/CPR.
- Clean criminal record and ability to pass background checks.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
