Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities.
- Conduct thorough security checks of guests, staff, and vehicles entering the premises while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms, and coordinate with local authorities or internal teams as needed.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities, including visitor records and security breaches.
- Assist guests and staff with inquiries, directions, or escorts to ensure a safe and positive experience.
- Operate and monitor security equipment, such as CCTV systems, metal detectors, and access control systems.
- Participate in regular training and drills to stay updated on security best practices and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Officer or Security Staff, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or entertainment industries.
- Valid security license or certification (e.g., SATPOL PP, SKK, or equivalent) as required by Indonesian regulations.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts or emergencies with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with security systems, such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
