Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the property, including guest areas, staff zones, and perimeter.
- Assist guests and employees with security-related inquiries and provide guidance on safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Operate security equipment, such as CCTV systems, metal detectors, and access control systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with security equipment and surveillance systems.
