As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents promptly. Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify potential risks or hazards.
- Assist guests and staff with security-related inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local security regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a security role, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with security equipment and procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
