Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the property to identify potential risks or hazards.
- Assist guests and employees with security-related inquiries and provide guidance on safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all company security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of security equipment and systems.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
