Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement security protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessment strategies.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel, fostering a culture of professionalism and vigilance.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure swift response to incidents.
- Monitor and maintain security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and violations, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and company assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management, preferably in hospitality, corporate, or retail sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train security personnel.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with security systems and technology, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and authorities.
- Certification in security management or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
