Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive GRC frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Lead risk assessments and compliance audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee security awareness programs and training initiatives to foster a culture of compliance.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and compliance metrics to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Manage third-party risk assessments and vendor compliance reviews.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles.
- Proven expertise in security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
