Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security governance frameworks and policies for enterprise clients.
- Oversee security project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Manage cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and third-party vendors, to execute security initiatives.
- Develop and present security reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior leadership and clients.
- Drive security awareness programs and training to foster a culture of cybersecurity best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure proactive security measures.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for security governance, risk management, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Masterâs degree or relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Security Delivery Lead, Governance Manager, or Project Manager).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing security governance frameworks and managing large-scale security projects.
- Strong understanding of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PDPA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience working in a global consulting environment or with multinational clients.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work remotely or from our Bali office, with occasional travel as required.
