Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
