Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and styling recommendations to drive sales and meet targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and Terranovaâs product knowledge to offer expert advice.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and seasonal sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Passion for fashion and styling with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise (up to 10 kg).
- Team player with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
