In this role, you will be the driving force behind our online presence, ensuring our digital storefront ranks at the top of search engine results.

You will be responsible for executing high-impact SEO strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, and maintaining fresh, engaging content to capture our audience's attention. If you are analytical, creative, and eager to scale traffic through organic and paid channels, we want to hear from you.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Manage end-to-end SEM campaigns (Google Ads), including keyword research, bid management, and budget optimization.
  • Update and maintain daily website content to ensure relevance, user engagement, and SEO compliance.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console to provide actionable insights.
  • Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align search strategies with broader promotional objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in managing SEO and SEM/PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and leading keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience in managing content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
  • Creative writing skills with a keen eye for engaging digital content.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
