Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the campus health clinic, including patient triage and treatment.
- Administer first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with school policies.
- Develop and implement health promotion programs (e.g., hygiene, nutrition, mental health awareness).
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care.
- Ensure clinic compliance with BOSH standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Provide health counseling and education to students, parents, and staff.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (RN) with a valid professional license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, school health, or occupational health.
- BOSH certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency protocols, and infectious disease control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
