Responsibility
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students.
- Develop and implement mental health and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student well-being.
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide recommendations.
- Organize workshops on stress management, bullying prevention, and social skills.
- Maintain confidential student records and progress reports.
- Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Licensed or certified as a psychologist or counselor in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in school counseling or clinical psychology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
