Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the gymnastics centre, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards of service.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to deliver exceptional coaching and customer service.
- Develop and implement programs, schedules, and curricula aligned with educational and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage centre finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies and regulations.
- Drive marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic goals for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in education, sports, or childcare.
- Strong background in gymnastics, coaching, or a related field (certifications are a plus).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing, inclusive environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the target locations.
