Responsibility
- Lead and manage the SCADA and instrumentation team to ensure the reliable operation of water distribution systems.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of SCADA systems, PLCs, and associated instrumentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA solutions with other operational technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor system performance, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades and maintenance.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SCADA systems, instrumentation, or industrial automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in SCADA software (e.g., Wonderware, Siemens, Schneider Electric) and PLC programming.
- Strong understanding of water distribution systems, telemetry, and data acquisition technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in team leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Certifications in SCADA, instrumentation, or related fields are highly desirable.
