Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Design and architect SAP solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical specifications for SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD).
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, integration strategies, and system optimization.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP and third-party applications.
- Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies and industry trends to drive thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role.
- Proven expertise in multiple SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) and integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
