Responsibility
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.
- Maintain and organize digital records, databases, and back-end systems to support business operations.
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and system reliability.
- Implement data validation procedures to minimize discrepancies and enhance data quality.
- Assist in the development and optimization of back-end processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or potential risks to the IT team.
- Document all support activities, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, encoding, or a similar role with a track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems, databases, and back-end support principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
