Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP FI) to align with business requirements.
- Oversee system integration and ensure seamless data flow between SAP and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor and optimize SAP performance, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Train and support end-users on SAP functionalities, ensuring high adoption rates and compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and recommend SAP-driven solutions.
- Ensure audit compliance by maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; SAP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, support, or supervision, preferably in manufacturing or agriculture.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI, CO) and their integration with business processes.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in system troubleshooting.
